School, school, and more school

Next week is finals week. Thankfully I don't have any exams but I do have large papers and presentations on those papers. What am I studying? Business. Someday I will have a Masters in Business Administration. December 9th, to be exact, is the date I will officially be done. Why am I trying to get a MBA? I'm not sure myself right now. But the fact is that I am in too deep to quit now. Ask me again a year from now and maybe I will know by then. Do I plan to continue after my MBA? Never say never, but I doubt it. Working full time and going to school "part time" is a whole lot of work. (I say "part time" because taking 3 classes is considered full time, so it seems that taking 2 classes at a time should be considered a little more than just "part time".) They say that you never stop learning but I hope that when this is done I will move on to a new phase in life that is minus the textbooks. I would really like to read a book just because it looks interesting.

To blog or not to blog?

I have thought about starting a blog for a long time now. Well it is now midnight, I have to be up at 6am, and I can't sleep... so what better time to start?!

What is the point of my blog? That I don't really know yet. Someday soon I hope to write about our adoption journey. I hope that our friends and family will be able to join us on that journey through writing about it. I have so enjoyed reading about other people's, many strangers, adoption journeys and so I hope to do the same for others. Until then I suppose this will just be about me and my life.
